It’s time to show some Pride! And whether that means at home in private or out loud and in public, we’ve got something for you. This year we’ve received a DIY from a contributor - thank you, Roboticanary, for getting in touch with us. The other two DIYs we’re sharing are favorites from previous years.

All tutorials have an attached cost, calculated in the specified currency the project was completed with, and a difficulty level assigned to them. That means these DIYs can be as relaxing or as stressful to make as you like - enjoy!

WHIMSICAL POM POM EARRINGS

Try your hand at these quick and easy earrings made from yarn! At only around $13 AUD, these are a cheap option for some pride, while requiring very little skill to make. It’s also super easy to make a ton of different pride options, just by changing the color of your yarn. Check out the tutorial here!

WHITE ARO RING

Rings are well known for being symbols and announcements. Have you always wanted an aro ring to tell all just who you are? Then take a look at this tutorial. It will require some careful cutting and patient sanding, but beyond that - you’ll have a ring to flash in no time.

BUTTON PINS FROM SCRATCH

Don’t have any old buttons lying around? Here’s how you can make your own buttons from dollar store items at around $7AUD or $5USD. This tutorial will show you how to put these buttons together and give you the freedom to create your own designs.

We had a lot of fun making this pride gear and we hope you do too! We hope to do more articles like this in the future, if you have a DIY of your own you’d like us to share or an idea you want brought to life, email as at contact@aromanticism.org.
